Laserwhip

The web version isn't as nice as the downloadable versions, but still playable. (some sounds and effects aren't quite right). Download for windows or linux for a better time.

"Laserwhip" is a high-speed, action-packed survival game where the player controls a nimble robot ball armed with a laser whip.

The player swings through an infinite, procedural generated landscape of floating islands, using their whip to navigate, destroy enemies, and collect power-ups. 

The goal is to survive as long as possible against waves of enemies while racking up a high score.

This is an early build, still in early development.  Everything is subject to change.

Controls:

Left Click: shoot hook

(hold to stay connected)

A: Left

D : Right

Space: Jump, pull

Shift: Phase ability

Right Click: Alt attack

(only bomb for now)

Pull: while you're connected with the laserwhip, hold space to pull yourself towards the hook.

This can be used to give yourself momentum, or to extend your line to avoid things.

For now, enemies drop random powerups:

- Heal

- Shield

- Slow Time

- Bomb refill

The web version doesn't support the full explosions effect. The linux and windows versions look and run a bit better.
